The house is located in Santa Margherita Ligure - San Lorenzo.
The apartment can be rent weekly (from Saturday or Sunday) or monthly and prizes change according to the season and number of persons.
It has a beautiful view over the sea and the “Golfo del Tigullio”.
The apartment is on the second floor of a typical building dated beginning of the 20th century completely surrounded by olive and fruit- trees, located in a totally car-free zone.
The apartment, renovated in 2008 is on two levels: on the first one 2 bed rooms one with a big bed and the other with a french size bed, a large living-room with the kitchen, a bathroom and a wide corridor.
On the second floor: a bathroom, another small bedroom with a middle size bed and a beautiful terrace.
It is very comfortable: it is equipped with fridge, tv, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bed-linen, a totally furnished kitchen.
